I have a controller set up in my office but no load cells and I would like to test my PLC programming. Can I use a trim pot to simulate the load cells? If so, how can this be done?

Attached is a Tech Note that outlines the construction of a load cell simulator. This should be used for simulation purposes only and should never be used as a calibration tool!
