I have noticed the latest sample code does not have any messaging instructions for my HI 1769WS but a more user friendly copy data to/from the IO tags (i.e. move 100 to Local:1:O.Data[0] for a cal low command). We have used the messaging read/write sample method before, will the latest compactLogix sample code work OK, or will I need to introduce message instructions in the PLC code?
Can I connect a HI 4000 series unit to another HI 4000 series unit and get them communicating with each other? If so, how would I do this? Is there any sample logic available?
Can I ZERO or TARE my HI 2110WI or HI 2151/30WC remotely if I have the BCD option board, or do I have to do it from the front panel keypad?
I am assuming that pins 28 and 29 are only for indication of the current output value.
What are the differences in the HI 1756WS sample code on your website and the sample program that comes with RSLogix5000 v16? It appears that the Hardy website's version is older since it's controller had an old firmware version
I have calibrated my HI 2151/30WC and HI 2110WI and confirmed the weight reading is correct, however on both the displays I am getting a "LO" message whenever my scales try to go to a negative number. What does this mean?
