Hardy has been an ISO 9001:2008 certified company since 1993. In 2018, we updated to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard. We strive for zero defects in manufacturing by building quality and reliability into our products and services through excellence in design, workmanship, and statistical control methods.

Consistent with this policy, quality objectives are established, tracked, and maintained to meet our high standard through continual improvement of the quality management system. These objectives are regularly measured and reviewed as key performance indicators in our management review meetings
