What is a HI 216EX?

I have a HI 2160RC and a HI 216EX. I can find information on the HI 2160RC, but not the HI 216EX. What is a HI 216EX?

Answer

An HI 2160RC will accept only one option circuit board. If you want to use more than one option board with your HI 2160RC you will need to use the HI 216EX Expander Box. The HI 216EX Expander Box gives you the ability to use more than one option on your HI 2160RC.

The HI 2160RC and HI 216EX are obsolete and have been replaced by the HI4060.
